At MATSA, we have been manufacturing textile components in Castellbell i Vilar (Barcelona) since 1951. At our 10,000 m² facility, we oversee the entire process: manufacturing, dyeing, customization, packaging, and shipping.
For the hair salon industry, we work with distributors and wholesalers of professional hair salon supplies and hair extension products, as well as with brands that need a reliable supplier. We manufacture to order, ensuring consistent quality from one order to the next.

Our elastic thread for hair extensions is a fine, textured thread made of polyester and nylon, designed for applying extensions using the Brazilian Knot technique.
It is an elastic thread: it should not be confused with the nylon thread used to sew extension wefts. Its elasticity allows for easy knot-tying and adaptation to the hair strand, and its colors are designed to blend seamlessly with the hair.
We manufacture it entirely in Spain and supply it to distributors who sell it to hair extension specialists and professional salons.
